The JFP site/blog just logged its best month ever, with 152,493 total hits; 39,332 page views; and 13,082 total visits in the month of November 2003. We averaged about 500 unique visitors a day. Not shabby for a scrappy little alt in Jackson, Miss. Thank you all for your support and provocative conversation. Cheers and happy December.

Thanks. And, just for the record (a little Tuesday a.m. scratching-our-own-back), we are now printing 18,000 copies of every issue and distributing in every zip code in the Jackson area (including the suburbs). Our recent reader survey showed that our readership multiplier is 2.9 per issue, so our readership is over 50,000, and steadily growing. We're also gradually distributing to all the college campuses in the state. If anyone is reading this and would like to be a distribution point, please let us know. I'll have our distribution manager call you. A big heartfelt thanks to our readers and advertisers.
