Oral History Workshop Thurs., May 29, 6 - 9 p.m. The Broadmoor District and the Broadmeadow Neighborhood Assoc. present an oral history workshop at Trinity Presbyterian Church. These organizations seek to document and commemorate the status of the neighborhoods as areas developed for veterans returning from World War II. Topics will include how to prepare for and conduct an interview, how to process the information gathered, and how to use it in presentations and other programs. Oral historian, Larry Morrisey has served as an interviewer and consultant for many oral history projects throughout the state, will lead the workshop. People interested in learning how to document the history of local veterans and others involved in the war effort during World War II are encouraged to attend.
