Remember, when Dr. S says your job is in trouble, you should save time and buy moving boxes.
David Cutcliffe shouldn't feel too bad. Florida "fans" have had http://www.fireronzook.com up and running since he day he was hired as Gators coach. Cutcliffe should be flattered if his site is half as good as Zook's.

hi my problem with cutcliffe is not so much that his team is playing poorly and lost to a weak memphis team, my problem is with the overall effort put forth by the team and the coaches to prove themselves as competitors. i dont see anyone playing with heart- that includes eli who i believe is coasting and making a lackluster attempt at being a real leader. sure, he puts up the stats, but (like the rest of the team) he plays very uninspired. i lay that blame on cutcliffe. a head coaches main job is to motivate his players. look at lou holtz, steve spurrier, bob stoop- these guys could motivate the girls jv shuffleboard squad to an SEC win. cutcliffe, on the otherhand could bore the paint off the wall. need i any more references (although there are plenty) than the 4th down right before halftime of the vandy game where the rebs were on the 1 yd line with like 3 seconds left. what does cut do? he kicks a f@#$ing field goal! if it were against a stout defense like that of florida the call would be understandable. but it was against vandy! the perennial bitch of the sec. what kind of message does that send to his players? one that says he doesn't think they have enough talent, grit, drive, or gumption to get one yard against one of the worst teams in all of football. when is someone on this team going to get pissed off about being mediocre. i've been going to school at ole miss for four years now and everybody is so splendidly happy with a 7-5 year- well im not! im from baton rouge, la and that kind of flippant attitude towards the sacred game of football is not acceptable. im sick and tired of this crap and i want to see somebody win or die trying. and i don't think that cutcliffe is capable of spurring his team on to victory- he doesnt have the heart.

You make some interesting points. Dr. S sticks by his prediction that, one way or another, this is Ole Miss coach David Cutcliffe's last season in Oxford. Speaking of firing Cutcliffe, www.firecutcliffe.com had been disabled as of sometime Wednesday. It can't be from lack of interest; the site got approximately 10,000 hits in the first 48 hours it was up.
