Ask a Ninja: Funniest Website Ever

My college-aged brother CJ turned me on to Ask a Ninja a few months ago when I visited him in Washington State. I don't remember to go back often enough, which is great, actually, because then I get to watch four or five episodes in a row. It's hilarious.

That said, I don't know which came first, but Ask a Republican is pretty funny, too.

You must see http://www.realultimatepower.net/ There is a book you must own from the creator of this website, but this is where it all began. Ninjas kick a**.

My comment isn't on the topic of your blog, but I just wanted to congratulate you for beating the CL at the Ice Cream Safari yesterday! Thanks for coming, and it was great to meet you! :)

Thanks much! You'll think this is funny, but I didn't *know* we beat The Clarion-Ledger. We don't know what happened. After the scooping ended—which was BIG fun; can't wait for next year, and I have plans to make our table even more fun—we looked at animals, then left to shower and nap. We never heard anything about the vote. So give any other details that you have. We're in the dark on it. But I must admit enjoying the thought of beating The Clarion-Ledger at, er, "scooping"—as if it's a new one. Hardy har har.

The JFP won in the print category as best scoopers. :) The CL was second, and the Northside Sun (I believe that's the name of the paper) came in third. :) In radio, the Hallelujah FM team came in first. Y101 was second. With TV, WLBT came in first, but I don't remember what the standings were after that. Howard Ballou won best overall scooper for the 7th year in a row. And yeah, I think you can take that scooping award with a double meaning. :P

Yeah, well, I got Ballou in my sites next year. I kept sending him threatening messages Saturday via the scoopees. ;-) Here's to scooping! ;-)
