http://www.boycottford.com says the following:
American Family Association, along with 18 other pro-family organizations, has called for a one-year boycott of Ford Motor Company. The boycott was called after Ford reneged on an agreement with American Family Association to stop funding homosexual groups which promote homosexual marriage.
Ford could have easily avoided this boycott had they desired to do so by simply remaining neutral in the cultural battles. Leaders of 44 pro-family groups urged Ford not to take sides, but to remain neutral. However, Ford rejected the plea of the leaders and publicly announced their continued support of the homosexual groups. The hundreds of thousands of dollars Ford gives to homosexual groups allows the groups to pay their fixed expenses with funds given by Ford while using other funds in promoting the legalization of homosexual marriage.

Guys, this is an interesting story. I was watching Fox News today and the minister who began the boycott was on telling about his feelings. He brought up some interesting facts about Ford's relationship with the gay community. Note this: "Ford has publicly announced they are giving $250,000 to help build a dedicated homosexual community center in Ferndale, Michigan. Regarding their donation, Ford Motor Company Fund (funded by Ford Motor Company) President Sandra Ulsh said, "Ford is proud to support Affirmations (Gay and Lesbian Community Center) and its partners." Ford said the new center will serve as a "cornerstone for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community in the state of Michigan. It will be a place to build and nurture a more inclusive and respectful society." Obviously, Ford thinks those who do not support homosexual marriage are not "inclusive and respectful". The campaign's top gift of $500,000 came from Allan Gilmour, former vice chairman of Ford Motor Company and was chairman of the Ford Motor Company Fund when gifts to homosexual organizations were made." The website www.boycottford.com also has ads that Ford has created that are obviously made to attract gay people. One thing the minister mentioned on Fox was once you started targeting one particular group, where does it end? Would love to hear the thoughts on this one.

Ford has also partnered with several other organizations: Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. Habitat for Humanity The United Way ... I could go on. The point is: Ford is not spending all of its marketing on gays and lesbians. Hell, they barely spend money on gays and lesbians Compared to... Well. Care to know who they're targeting most often? Heterosexual males and straight mom's with children. Why else do you think they sell so many gas-guzzling SUVs and trucks? Guess it doesn't matter when they target heterosexuals because of their sexuality and demographic or give money to charities that are Christian in action or name. The AFA is on another fundraising bend... That's all.

of course the American Family association must be the one to determine if it's "the right kind" of Chrissssssss-chan organization. People like Wildmon are only interested in keeping "it" (Sunday Morning) Americas most segregated hour, after all. This man is an antichrist, one of many. I hope I'm allowed at heavens whipping post when they strap him to it....he'll get in, as all of us will, but he's going to the wood shed first.....(then I'll have to go!).
