I am temporarily without an Internet connection at home, so I have been doing everything from going to a neighbor's house or the library to using my cell phone to check my email. My head hurts.

My younger brother and I are as addicted to the Internet as a hippie on Mary Jane. I can get a fix here and there, but my brother's been going cold turkey, and I don't know how much longer he can hold out. :-)

Anyway, that is why my blogging has slowed down quite a bit. I hope to resolve the situation VERY soon because I really miss you guys a whole bunch!

I hear you L.W.....the net is so addicting. there's so much to do and so much to explore on the net. I try to only use the computer while I'm at work because it's like once you start at home it's hard to stop. It has truly taken the place of the tv. There's alcoholics anonymous, gamblers anonymous, I think they'll be a Internet Users Anonymous next!

Yes, I am still without an Internet connection. I really hope to have something going on by next month, or else I don't know how I'm going to keep my sanity. Pray for me... :-)

Latasha, Try reading Guns, Germs, and Steel by Jared Diamond. I promise you that will help you kill time! Very insightful too, though Diamond leaves out plenty of aspects that I think worth mentioning.
