I'm not planning on going, but if you're aged 18-35, politically engaged, and not a Republican, this is a rare opportunity to meet national Democrats without leaving town. The folks in charge of our local YDA chapter seem to be really good people, and I wish them nothing but the best.
I'm trying to overlook the fact that they actually have a training session called "Southern Strategy" because I assume the folks who titled it don't know the history of that phrase. That's the main problem with groups that don't include at least some older members--they tend to suffer from institutional amnesia.
