Regarding the artists: want to check out their sounds? All the artists have pages on MySpace with streaming music. Click an artist to hear them. God-Des & She (hip hop/rap with a dash or R&B/Soul) *Lick It is NSFW. Garrison Starr (folk/alt) Eric Himan (alt.rock) Katastrophe (hip hop/rap) The Anna Byars Band (alt.rock) Madelyn Hatter (spoken word) Mindy Dawn Friedman (Atlanta) will be the guest emcee. She's a comedian and has opened for Paula Poundstone, Drew Cary, Ray Romano and Ellen DeGeneres (when Ellen was in her mullet phase). Seriously, gay or straight, this is an unbelievable lineup of talent for $10-$15. FYI: You can get tickets at Be-Bop and Ticketmaster.com or any OUToberfest event.
