I just ran into a list on Chicken Spaghetti, a children's literature writer in New England. What's fun is that she counts the JFP site as one of six non-children's-lit-related blogs she likes to read.
It's cool to know that people out there that we don't know with no apparent connection to Mississippi counts the JFP as one of the their favorite blog sites. I'm sure it is thanks to all you readers who are willing to participate in such probing, intelligent dialogue. Pat y'allselves on the back for sending out a different kind of message about Mississippi.
Believe it.

Donna, I am a Jackson native, but even if I wasn't, I would still like the Jackson Free Press blogs. I follow what y'all do with great interest, and knew that others would like seeing what's going on here, too. You guys (see, I've been up north a long time) always make me think. A tip of the hat to the JFP, Susan Chicken Spaghetti
