Brian Johnson is going down on this one. Lord have mercy on his soul. It's a bad idea to cruise Jackson in a big-ass ride.

Interesting. Does that mean you are subject to a gag order now?

Brian, I wish you well. I hope you'll be able to tell us what happened soon.

Brian is a great writer and good man. I wish I had his writing skills; but, if you lie down with dogs, or ride around with wanna-be cops or high authorities, innocently or otherwise, a flea or high authority may come looking for you when it's time to pay the piper. I think Confucious or Confusion left us with this great wisdom. I wish you the best, Brian. I couldn't rsist the humor. I hope you're ok.

I'm fine, Ray, and I appreciate your humor, as always. You should see my actual ride, though. Based on the little car I like to call my go-cart, I should be the safest man in town!

Looks like they got Chris Joyner too. And look, an almost unheard of mention of the JFP by The Clarion-Ledger! In response to GLewis' question, my understanding is that only officers of the court are bound by a gag order. Witnesses are not officers of the court.

not true, depends on the order. You can have a gag order imposed on you even if not an officer of the court.

I'd be surprised if Adam isn't subpoenaed for the April 23, 2007 trial.

That may well be, King, but in this case the gag order is on officers of the court.

Looks like they got Chris Joyner too. And look, an almost unheard of mention of the JFP by The Clarion-Ledger! It's kinda cool how (according to the byline) that C-L story was written by the newspaper itself. Maybe -- as an institution -- it's decided to take factual reporting into its own hands. :-)

The fact that the C-L even mentioned Brian's subpoena is news.

Well, I know who does the web updates on the C-L (And Brian, you do as well and may not know it). They are probably flogging him in a back room for that little mention right now. But, I'm going to buy him a Jefferson Stout later just for doing it. :) Look at ya'll...gettin' all famous and sh1t. Lori: 1 Web Nazi Surf Control: 0
