Dean slammed into the Mexican coast as a cat 5, but barely missing a direct blow to Cozumel and Cancun. I pray for the people as well.

Me, too. In Spanish, English and every other way we can get the prayers out there. And like here, it's probably the poorest people who couldn't evacuate.

There is a Mississippi connection to Hurricane Dean. This morning, Good Morning America interviewed a couple who were married over the weekend in Cancun and the parents of the bride live in Southaven. They're still down there, but doing OK.

I heard that Cancun didn't get that hard, so that's good.

What on earth is Señor Frog's? It's a club. I've been there. Quick story: I was in Cancun in 1993 for a high school graduation trip and I was with a group of classmates and we went out to Señor Frogs and ordered some tacos and tequilas. Somehow, that bill was over $200! There used to be a Senot Frogs in Hattiesburg, but I'm not sure if they were associated with the one in Cancun, though I think they did.

BTW, Dean made his second Mexican landfall today, but at a lot less strength than his Yucatan landfall.
