It's practically a stereotype of boring financial types trying too hard to be creative. MY GOD, at least TRY to be original!!! Like write your own music perhaps, rather than ripping off U2's!
To be fair, I'm sure even the great majority of rank and file Bank of America employees are embarrassed that this got onto the Internet(though they certainly wouldn't admit it in the audience).
It's enough to want to see someone redub this video with Johnny Paycheck's "Take This Job and Shove It" :P

at least when Iacocca retired they brought in the Chairman of the Board. I guess this is what corporate cost cutting has led us to.
