Qweem-O-Wheat: "On behalf of the Qweem-O-Wheat Meals-On-Wheels Food Bank Foundation, Bubba Robinski's Soy Protein Sausage Biscuits and Pork-N-Piggly Supermarkets, I bring the financially challenged consumer my opinion regarding the rising cost of this nation's food supply. Feeding senior citizens, children and poor folk within a recessive economy is very challenging these days. Why? The price of food is too high!
"When I purchase large quantities of dee-wishious, qweemy Qweem-O-Wheat, milk butter and sugar from Pork-N-Piggly Supermarkets, I pout. As I grab several boxes of high-priced Qweem-O-Wheat in the cereal aisle, I cry. When I look at the prices of a five-pound bag of sugar or a box of artificial sweetener, I weep. And I wail mule tears at the price of milk and eggs. Every time I shop for Qweem-O-Wheat food supplies, I use two large crying towels.
"I hang my head low when I drive my Qweem-O-Wheat Meals-On-Wheels truck on the bumpy streets of poor neighborhoods. I'm totally depressed as I re-fuel my truck at Mr. Habib's Gas and Convenience store. And I realize that the struggling economy has 'shocked and awed' the poor and middle classes.
"Nevertheless, hope and change are on the horizon. Our trail of tears will change to tears of joy in a nation of possibilities. Let's hope for the best when the tax-stimulus checks arrive. In the meantime, I got a big, hot pot of ready-to-eat Qweem-O-Wheat.
"Come and get it!"

I pray some help (change) is on the way Mr. Sue, but I'm worried evil forces will find a way to throw a monkey wrench into our hopes and dreams once again and make one last deadly run before we as united or mass-driven Americans finally wise up and unite against the evil forces that are blatantly harming us right now. As I walked through Barnes and Nobles last night looking for something that discussed the not soon enough change and emergency relief we need, I saw more trash laying around (books by right-sling commentators and authors such as coulter, hannity, etc.) than I've seen in some third world countries. I suppose the fact that the shelves were full of that manure could suggest no one is really buying or believing their crap anymore. Just in case evil prevails again as it often does, I'm filling up my deepfreezer with food, trading in dollars for euros, making my house into a fortress and making friends with important people throughout the world so that I can find sanctuary somewhere else if need be. I do not intend to be caught empty-handed "waiting for help that ain't on the way." Somebody told me recently that hope has been in the hospital for the last seven years and change is scared to come to town after watching what happened to hope!

Your watch is running a little slow "Walt." You were supposed to trade your dollars in for Euros, and get a foreign passport, a year ago when the dollar was still worth something. Same with gold and fire-arms. We're all hoarding rice and wheat now. Get wit the modern times, dude.

Thanks Wil. I'll still work out something in time. As I stood looking at Coulter's and Hannity's pictures last evening it occurred to me that if we found Coulter a mate so she could experience real love from somebody other than her parents and her third grade boyfriend she very well could write a different kind of book, and she wouldn't any longer be affectionately or appropriately called anne-can't-get-a-mate-therefore-she-hates. As I looked at pictures of Hannity and that other nameless conservative commentator with the drug problem (this could be many) and who is so loved by southerners I immediately thought that if I could get a real good file and file down the horns from their foreheads perhaps they too could join the decent people of the human race and finally leave the 19th Century. It must be cold and lonely living in a world 200 years behind the rest of us.
