GET THE "F" OUTTA HERE! If you know me, you know that I am a super Cowboy fan. If you know that, then you know that am a super duper, serious, Marion Barber, III fan. Learning that Jerry Jones is questioning Marion's toughness has completely thrown my world upside down. Here's the story, Marion The Barbarian, dislocated his pinky toe **AWWWW** two weeks ago and didn't play in last night's game against Steelers. WE LOST! I'll be the first to say that we needed this win! But it's clear that team owner, Jerry Jones, is a little miffed that the dependable fall back guy -- Marion Barber- wasn't there to save our ass after Romo choked up/gave up (as he often does and Marion often has to save us).
Romo either still had Jessica on his mind or he had a riff between him and his buddy Whitten. They were clearly just not on the same page.
T.O. got his hands on the ball for a touch down that saved him from crying about not getting the ball on his 35th bday. But that didn't save the guys on the sidelines from his vocal wrath later in the game when we just gave Pittsburg a win....Merry Christmas fellas from the Dallas Cowboys!
What you need to do, Mr. Jones, instead of picking on Barber - is find someone who can return the dam ball. Put PacMan on defensive back (or corner) PERMANENTLY. That's all we need from him, otherwise he is only a distraction, not a contribution.
Back to the point, after all of Marion Barber's tenacity, his dependability, his toughness...pounding through crowds of dudes that weigh more than he will ever weigh, dropping shoulders, playing from start to finish, never complaining, never causing problems, always working, always finishing....all this, plus this is his first injury to this degree and the team owner (whom I love) has the audacity to say this fella is not tough enough. Commo now, I'm with you on a lot of things Jerry, but questioning THE BARBERIAN's toughness is a crucial mistake and it's offensive to me....so I know he's offended. Sure, one would think it's just a dislocated toe, but why put him in against he BEST DEFENSIVE TEAM IN THE LEAGUE (shout out to Palamalu -- ouch!) and have him risk a more major injury such as a broken toe or worse! We will need him at his best later on (that's right -- later -- we will make it!). Why risk the best weapon we got when you have other means to get a "W".
We lacked focus and gave up in the forth quarter. True, if Marion had been there the likelihood that he could have served as our saving grace is high due to the fact that HE NEVER GIVES UP!!!! HE DOESN'T QUIT!!! HE TAKES IT!!!! I understand Jerry being a bit frustrated with the loss and looking for someone to blame (try your QB - I know he's a sweet guy but he made some bad calls last night) but The Barberian just isn't the one.
He's prooven himself to be a tough guy! I feel rather confident that if he could have played - he would have played!!!!
Marion Barber, III is a REAL COWBOY and he doesn' t need the owner putting that hateration out there! The guy is a RUNNER, he has to have a full push off....can't do that with a dislocated toe. Find soemthing else to focus on .....keep T.O. happy (oh and see what we gotta do to pick up Plaxico once he serves his time) :-)
This has been COWBOY Round UP!!!!!.....Queen....out!

Well, Queen, I'm surprised someone with as much sense (Tougaloo graduate and all) as you would be a Cowboys' fan. You could have just as easy been a Steelers fan and been a winner yesterday and forever, unlike ITodd who cussed at the Steelers 3 days ago and took a whooping for his sin. The problem with the Cowgals is not their arms, toes, feet, ribs, muscles, legs, et.. It's their lack of testicular fortitude, courage, heart, guts, daring, heroism, nerves, stoutness, backbone, spunk, determination, et al. I seriously question whether each man is carrying a pair! Barbour most definitely included. I watched the game and knew we had them all the time. We nearly always whoop them whether early, intermediate or late. I realize they're better than us at the dope game, but football is an altogether different subject matter. In contrast to itty bitty baby Barber who had a injury tantamount to a fever blister or hang nail, our quarterback Roughburger was in the game and helping us win no matter how many time he got hit, tripped or chipped or injured. He came back from a motorcycle accident and still won a Super Bowl ring. Hien Ward alone is better than the whole Cowboys' team. I can't lie, I was surprised the Cowgals did as good as they did in that cold weather in Pittsburg. I almost got scared they would win. I heard ITodd praying for victory that never came about. Instead of getting a new stadium why don't they use the money getting heart transplants.

WOW....you are tripping Walt. Clearly you're joking....you have to be! By the way...Big Ben did win you guys a ring after that accident and has come up short every year since. So that was obviously a lucky break for him.

I'm just keeping it real, Queen. And as one defendant once said, "I'm the realest ______ you will ever see." LOL.

Barber is kind of tough, Queen, but didn't y'all get one of those running backs from Arkansas a couple of years ago? If Roughburger goes down, we throw in the next guy and keep winning. As you know three teams lucked out and beat us this year - the Giants, Chargers and some other tramps who name exclude me right now.

Cowboys drafted Felix Jones, who's out for the season now. Actually, the Steelers beat the Chargers 11-10. They lost to the Eagles, Giants and and I believe the Colts. Not sure about the Colts right off, but they did lose to the Eagles and Giants (though I had wanted the Steelers to beat the Giants as I've grown to have an absolute hatred of them since winning the Super Bowl).

I HATE THE GIANTS....we will do them in Sunday night. As for bag up for Barber, yes Felix is out...didn't know it was for the season, but I have been wondering. Thanks for sharing that golden eagle. Choice did a pretty good job at filling in for Barber in the Steelers game. Nevertheless, he's no Marion Barber. Matter of fact there is but ONE Marion Barber. You'll see, tune in Sunday when he puts all the doubters to shame. I like Pittsburg, I really do "like" them. But we could have won that game without Marion Barber. We could have won that game period. They didn't do anything to WIN the game; but the Cowboys did alot to loose it. Hopefully Romo will shake that devil off that made him loose focus in the forth quarter!
