The latest Rasmussen poll doesn't look good for Ronnie Musgrove. Rasmussen has him trailing Roger Wicker by only two points, 47 to 49 percent, in early October. Now they're putting Wicker ahead 54 to 43, a week before the election. Most surprising is that Musgrove's support among African-Americans seems to have slipped this month, from 96% to 87%.
It's possible that this poll is just an outlier. But Wicker has been wooing African-American Obama voters.

I hope this is wrong because I would never let slicker wicker represent me for anything even if he wins.

I honestly don't care. I ain't votin' for either one of 'em! I have been hearing the Musgrove ads lately in which he brags about being against gay marriage, pro-life, anti-gun control, for praying in public school, and that his opponent is accepting bribes to push a "liberal agenda." This is the dem? Really??? ...and I still remember the flag issue, gov'ner.

I'm so sick of their ads that I'm about to turn off the television. I'd like to see them brawl in the streets.

I agree, both are terrible. Wicker might be a robot stuck in "boring" mode - worst personality ever. Musgrove is just a slime. Walt, don't you live on the east coast? You won't have to worry about them. Gene Taylor and Thad Cochran are the only decent congressmen we have right now.

Bennie is the man, Fat. I don't know what Taylor or Liberman is. I don't like either and offer both to your party. Thad isn't just decent, he sad, too. Too old school for my taste and the new state of Mississippi.
