The Metropolitan Chamber Orchestra came together 25 years ago as part of a music graduate student's community project. Comprised of non-professional, yet extremely talented musicians, the orchestra performs at least three free concerts every year and plays music from a wide range of composers. With its second concert of 2009, the orchestra celebrates its 25th anniversary.
