Update: MSU To Play For SEC Title; JSU Falls In SWAC Final

Mississippi State will play in the SEC Tournament championship game (Sunday, noon, Ch. 12) after upsetting LSU, 67-57, in Saturday's semifinals. The Bulldogs, who last won the SEC Tournament in 2002, will play Tennessee in the final.

On Saturday night, Jackson State fell to Alabama State, 65-58, in the SWAC championship game. The Tigers lost just four games in cpnferemce play this season and three of those were to the Hornets.

I don't normally root for MSU, but they beat the team that beat the Kentucky Wildcats. So, why not? Go State! (Is Hell frozen?)
