The FBI in New Orleans has arrested James O'Keefe, 25, the amateur filmmaker whose film is the basis of the scandal that decimated ACORN last year. O'Keefe and three others allegedly attempted to tamper with Democratic U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu's phones, a felony, reports Southern Political Report, gaining entry disguised as telephone repair men.

ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations, is a non-profit, grassroots organization working for social and economic justice for low- and moderate-income families. Last year, O'Keefe's "undercover" video, in which he posed as a pimp, created a nationwide scandal about the organization.

I followed the whole Acorn Scandal. Sure their are some very questioanabl things with them in certian cities and they are now being called to count, but the way this guy was made into a celeb by the likes of Hannity and that bunch was sooo typical of cable news, be it left or right of the remote. And now look where the kid has ended up. Wonder if O Reilly and Hanitty will have him on now?
