Christmas in the Park
Jackson's homeless community needs you this holiday season. Sweet Rock Missionary Baptist Church's (1233 Valley St.) second annual Christmas in the Park is Dec. 22 at Poindexter Park (200 Poindexter St.). Call 769-257-0815 or 601-291-8687 to help them feed the homeless or to get more information.

Help the community and get great gifts for your loved ones by shopping at the Fondren (3011 N. State St.) and midtown (114 Millsaps Ave., 601-355-7458) N.U.T.S. shops. For the month of December, both the orange tags are 50 percent off and the green tags are 25 percent off. Proceeds go to the Good Samaritan Center.
