This is a chick you'll want to take home to mama—she has great taste in spite of her name! You can find four-packs of Suzy B Dirty Blonde Ale from Hattiesburg brewery Southern Prohibition at Hops and Habanas in Madison.

1 tablespoon dry mustard (or yellow prepared)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 bay leaves
Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 15 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until thick. Let cool.
