A fireman and an archaeologist.
Describe your workday in three words.
Fun, hectic, educational.
What tools could you not live or work without?
A set of cheese knives and my cell phone.

All the different cheeses. I've got some cheeses that look like brains.
What's the best thing about your job?
Educating people about the product: our cheeses.
What advice do you have for others who would like to become a cheese monger?
Read Steve Jenkins' "Cheese Primer" (Workman Publishing Company, 1996, $16.95) and every other book you can find. If you still want to do this, then come on.
