Southern Airways Now Serving Jackson
For the first time in 20 years, Southern Airways is now connecting Jackson-Evers International Airport and Nashville International Airport.
The addition of service to Jackson makes the capital city part of Southern Airways new fall and winter flight schedule, which includes enhanced year-round service between Jackson, Memphis and Destin Southern Airway hubs.
Southern Airways' Jackson flights arrive and depart from Atlantic Aviation's executive terminal at the Jackson airport, which will allow passengers to arrive at the terminal only 30 minutes before departure and will not require TSA security screening. Instead, passengers will undergo an electronic background check while purchasing a ticket, though security may conduct random checks before flights.
Southern Airways also released its new fall and winter schedule, which includes enhanced year-round service between Jackson and Southern's Memphis and Destin hubs.
Southern Airways' flights from Jackson depart daily, excluding Saturdays. Ticket prices start at $198. For more information, visit www.iFlySouthern.com.
