This morning, Pieter Teeuwissen (center) spoke at Friday Forum at Koinonia Coffee House on a range of topics pertinent to Jacksonians, including the Environmental Protection Agency's consent decree, much-needed water and sewer improvements and school millage rates, among other subjects.
