Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant (pictured), who has said he doesn't intend to run for office again, reported more than $1 million on hand in January after his successful re-election bid. Spokesman Clay Chandler said Bryant doesn't plan to keep the money and will spend it on other Republican candidates and nonprofits.
